Telehealth Hours

- Thursdays: 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM (Follow-Up Appointments only)
- Fridays: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM (Follow-Up Appointments only)
We are not open every Friday. Call/Text for availability.
Script Pick-Up Times
If you have your script mailed to the MP Weight Loss clinic, it can be picked up during the following times:
- Mondays: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM & 1:30 – 4:00 PM
- Tuesdays: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM & 1:30 – 4:00 PM
- Wednesdays: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM
- Thursdays: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM & 1:30 – 4:00 PM
- Fridays: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM (Check with us first)
We would like to see all new patients in the clinic first. We can do a new-patient telehealth visit if needed. A history of injections is required.

Please note: Phentermine and Contrave can only be obtained in an office appointment. We cannot offer telehealth for Phentermine or Contrave.
No-Show Policy: If a patient misses a scheduled appointment without notice, full payment will be required before rescheduling.
Cancellation Policy: If a patient has a history of canceling or rescheduling scheduled appointments, full payment will be required before rescheduling.

What does MP stand for in the name?
MP represents two things that are important to us. When Dr. Moore and Clay chose the name, they wanted the name to reflect both Medical Practice and our hometown of Mount Pleasant, Texas.
